payment
pre-order Items
✱ DOP for the downpayment is within 24 hours of receiving the downpayment invoice
✱ DOP for the remaining balance is within 5 days of receiving the payment completion invoice
✱ cancellations are not allowed once your downpayment is confirmed. if you still wish to cancel your order, your downpayment will serve as a cancellation fee. no refunds will be given except for items that can only be secured during a particular time frame (e.g. black friday sale)
onhand items / payo
✱ PAYO: within 24 hours of receiving OC
✱ LDOP: within 14 days of receiving OC
✱ cancellation policy: cancellations are not allowed once your payment is confirmed. no refunds will be given and your initial payment will serve as your cancellation fee.
❗ failure to send payment on dop will result in your item being posted as available or open for stealing ❗
shipping + unclaimed orders
✱ shipping: all items follow normal ETA (2-3 months). please be patient and understanding when it comes to shipping. regular shipment updates will be posted on my accounts for transparency.
✱ once your order is shipped, i won’t be liable for any damages or loss but rest assured that i will pack and prepare your orders securely. upon receiving your order, filming an unboxing video is recommended to avoid any misunderstandings when it comes to damages and refunds.
✱ orders with incomplete checkouts or no response to shipping forms will be placed on hold for 60 days from the date of receiving your forms. if unclaimed by then, these items may be considered abandoned and may be sold to other buyers. please note that due to storage and handling costs, refunds for unclaimed items are not be possible
